Registration and Verification

To create an account with sumixx, you can either open the invitation link you received or register directly with sumixx. To do so:

An invitation link is a unique URL that contains a security code. It allows a new user to sign up for or join a specific organization, group, or account without having to manually enter additional details. In the context of sumixx, an invitation link is an invitation to join sumixx or pay a payment request. An invitation link can only be created and sent by an agent.

To complete your registration with Sumixx, please provide your personal details, including your full name, email address, and or phone number.

An Agent/Buyer account are two different account types that can be used with sumixx.
An Agent account is assigned to a real estate agent or brokerage, which can send payment invitations to the Buyer. The Buyer is invited by an Agent and can participate in transactions.

A personal account is assigned to a private individual who participates in transactions independently. With a company account, you can register your company and will be assigned to this company. During the verification process, additional steps are required for a company account.

In order to participate in transactions via the sumixx system, your account must first be verified and a mandatory compliance check must be carried out in accordance with requirements such as KYC/AML..

To verify your personal sumixx account, we require your full personal details, including your full name, nationality, and residential address. In addition, you will need to provide information about your source of income. Finally, all submitted details will be reviewed and verified against your submitted documents.

Please note that additional documents are also required during the verification process to confirm the legitimacy of your company alongside your personal information.

2. Proof of personal address – this must be an official document issued within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, or government-issued document. The document must clearly display your full name and the residential address you provided.

Proof of address is a document that confirms a person’s current residential address. It is required for KYC/AML compliance to verify identity and prevent fraud. In the context of Sumixx, users may be asked to upload a POA such as a utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, or official government document not older than 3 months.

Sumixx complies with the requirements of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority's compliance process. In order to follow these requirements, all persons who would like to participate in transactions via the sumixx system must be verified.

Participation in transactions via Sumixx is not possible without verification of the individual or company. Verification ensures compliance and security in all dealings.

You can invite multiple Buyers to a listing and send a payment request, regardless of how many interested parties you have on your listing.

Listings are explicitly designed to display and publish your properties with the property informations.
With the help of Initiating Payments, you can then send payment invitations to buyers so that they can pay via sumixx.

Once you have sold your listing, you can archive it.
To do this, log in to your account:

2. Click on the listing you want to archive
